These general terms and conditions govern the boat rental and berth/mooring services provided by Di.Gi. Mooring S.r.l.s. (VAT 02485620815) at the marina in Porto di Favignana, 91023 Favignana (TP), Italia. By submitting a rental or berth request, the customer confirms having read and fully accepted these terms.

Boat rental and berth requests can be made via WhatsApp, phone or the form on the site. Our staff confirms availability and quote, typically within 2 hours during opening hours. No deposit is required for half-day or full-day rentals; for longer periods or high season, a deposit may be requested at confirmation.
Inflatable boats up to 40 hp can be driven without a boating licence by anyone over 18. More powerful units require a valid boating licence, to be shown at pick-up together with a valid ID. The Provider reserves the right to refuse rental if requirements are not met or in case of evident unfitness to operate the vessel.
The customer agrees to use the boat with due care, in compliance with navigation rules, speed limits and the protected zones of the Egadi Islands Marine Protected Area. Sub-renting to third parties, unauthorised commercial use, and navigation beyond the agreed time and area limits are prohibited. The operator is responsible for the vessel and for any damage resulting from improper or negligent use.
Fuel is charged based on actual consumption, measured before departure and upon return. The boat must be returned at the agreed time, in the same condition as delivered, subject to normal wear and tear.
Berth allocation depends on availability and the vessel’s characteristics (LOA, beam, draft) declared by the customer when requesting the service. The service includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi and mooring assistance as described on the site. The mooring service does not constitute an insured bailment contract: the Provider maintains surveillance and CCTV but is not liable for theft, vandalism or events not directly attributable to its fault, unless a specific insurance policy has been subscribed.
Quoted prices refer to the requested service and include mandatory safety equipment and a navigation briefing, excluding fuel consumption. Payment is typically made directly at the dock, in cash or other means agreed at confirmation.
In case of adverse weather/sea conditions making the outing unsafe, the Provider may cancel or reschedule the rental at no cost to the customer. For customer cancellations, the conditions communicated at confirmation apply; without a deposit paid, no penalty applies for not using the booked service.
Rental boats are covered by third-party liability insurance as required by applicable nautical regulations. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, for loss of enjoyment of the holiday due to force majeure (weather, authority measures, strikes), or for personal belongings left on board or at the dock.
For customers qualifying as consumers under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), complaints can be sent to the contacts in section 1. For cross-border disputes, the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumer customers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile if located in Italy; for disputes with non-consumer customers, the Court of Trapani has exclusive jurisdiction.
Di.Gi. Mooring S.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes do not apply to already confirmed bookings. The version published on the site is always the current and applicable one.
